Are your products the same at my vet’s office?

Yes, they are the same exact products, but at lower prices. We only carry products that are intended for the USA.

My pet’s medication is running low. How fast will I receive it?

We recommend selecting the overnight shipping option for a guaranteed delivery date.

There are many variables that may alter the delivery time of a shipment and that is why we recommend the guaranteed overnight method.

How quickly will my order ship from your facility?

Orders with only over-the-counter (OTC) products generally ship within 24 – 72 business hours after we receive the order.

Prescription (Rx) orders generally ship 24 – 72 business hours after we receive the authorization for the Rx item(s).

Orders with both Rx and OTC items will begin processing for shipping once the Rx item has been authorized.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as you can about cancellations.

A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to orders that have already been filled by our pharmacy staff and prepared for shipment. All cancellations must be made via telephone during our business hours.

Am I able to ship to an address that is different from my billing address?

For orders with prescription items, you’re able to ship to a different address from the billing address.

For orders with only over-the-counter items, due to security reasons, we require shipping to the billing address associated with the credit card. This only applies to the first order that you place with us.

Orders with both Rx and OTC items will begin processing for shipping once the Rx item has been authorized.

How should I store medications?

Medications should be stored at room temperature unless otherwise noted.

How long are the expiration dates?

Expiration dates vary with each manufacturer. Our practice is not to sell short-dated products. Our rolling inventory method will allow you to receive products with extended expiration dates.

Can I fax/email over my prescription?

No. We are only allowed to accept faxes of prescriptions sent over from your vet’s office.

We also cannot take emails of scripts.

If you have written Rx scripts, you will need to mail the original hard-copy to our address:

When mailing in Rx scripts, make sure they have a corresponding order number.

Why do you need a Rx for heartworm prevention medications?

All heartworm prevention medications require a prescription before we can ship it out. Generally, your vet may require a test once a year before the prescription is renewed. Please check with your vet regarding their policy.

I need a medication for my pet and I do not see it on your website. What do I do?

Special order medications can be received within 3-5 business days. Once received, it will be processed and shipped. Please call us and we will try to arrange a special order.

My medication has expired/is not needed anymore. How do I get rid of it?

Please refer to the Food and Drug Administration’s website in regards to the proper disposal of medications.

Do you ship prescription items outside of the United States?

We do not ship prescription items to international locations or U.S. territories.

Do you price match?

We do our best to offer the greatest value to our customers. That said there is some space for price matching.

Please review our requirements for price matching.

  • We will only price match with other accredited online pharmacies located in the USA.
  • The entire cart will be price matched, including all items and shipping.
